Digital products and access
Our paid offerings are digital services, one-time payments, and subscription-style access purchases. Once the purchased access or entitlement has been delivered or materially consumed, refunds are generally not automatic unless required by law or approved by us.
When refunds may be approved
- Duplicate charge for the same plan or period within 24 hours.
- Payment succeeded but the service or entitlement was not delivered within 7 days after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Manifest billing error, including incorrect amount, wrong email capture, or processor-side technical issue.
When refunds may be declined
- Change of mind after access or entitlements have been activated and used.
- Failure to cancel a future billing arrangement before renewal, where applicable.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Third-party platform payments where that platform’s refund rules apply.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Phase 0 primarily uses one-time purchases and period passes rather than auto-renewing mandates. If recurring billing is introduced for a future plan, cancelling it will stop future charges only and will not automatically refund already-billed periods.
Refund timeline
Refund requests should be raised within 30 days of payment. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Final credit timing depends on your bank, card network, UPI app, wallet, or processor.
How to request a refund

with your payment ID (for example pay_xxx) or invoice
number, payment date, amount, checkout email, and the reason for the request.
